The Club's deadline to signup is usually 14 days before the scheduled
campout date to ensure you will have a camping site at the RV park.
Some parks require you to make your site reservation directly
 with the park. This will be noted on the schedule for that month.

In some cases you will need to sign-up for a campout more than 14 days
before the campout because of the RV park policy or the RV Park has a limited
number of camping sites available to our group. This will be noted on the Schedule.

Campouts officially begin on Wednesday and officially end on Sunday. You can also sign-up
to come in on earlier with this sign-up form. If you plan on coming in BEFORE Wednesday
or STAYING beyond Sunday, please make your own arrangements with the RV park.

We need to know who is attending and what day you will be arriving.

By attending this campout, you are agreeing to the following:
As an attendee, you assume all risk and danger relating to your personal property, RV, and vehicle.
 In the event of loss or theft, no claim will be made upon the Lone Star Scouts or it's volunteers.
As an attendee at this campout, you are granting your permission to be filmed, video recorded,
audio recorded, or photographed and granting full use without compensation.
